Troy is an Inbound Professor with HubSpot Academy, located in Southern California. He joined HubSpot's Customer Support team in Feb 2021 and quickly fell in love with the product and people. This led him to diving deep into his role and the product, aiding him in becoming a Customer Trainer, Senior Onboarding Specialist, and now Inbound Professor. Outside of work, Troy loves trying new restaurants with his wife, all things reality dating shows, and giving random strangers online unsolicited relationship advice.
