Dantley Davis is SVP of Design at ServiceNow, where he’s focused on building intuitive, AI-powered enterprise experiences. With 20+ years in design leadership, he’s held key roles at Nike, Twitter, Meta, and Netflix. At Nike, he led digital product design across commerce and fitness apps. As Twitter’s CDO, he expanded and evolved the design org. At Netflix, he shaped streaming UX for TV and mobile. Dantley is known for building inclusive teams and using design to drive business growth. He holds a B.S. and MBA from the University of San Francisco.
