Dr. V Boykin earned a BS in Marketing Management, an MS in Management and Leadership, an MBA, and a Doctorate of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership to overcome the challenges faced as a Black woman who is a former stripper and felon. An established keynote speaker in the leadership/equity space, Dr. V published her first book, ”Fix Your Face & Watch Your Tone: Women Know What’s Needed,” tackling personal and professional equity. Her second book, “Fix Your Face & Watch Your Tone: Hard Lessons, Simple Truths,” shares lessons to help others navigate workplace challenges.
