Previously, he co-founded Drift, creating the Conversational Marketing category before its $1B+ acquisition by Vista Equity. His career includes leadership roles at HubSpot, Performable, Lookery, and IBM. The Nicaraguan-born entrepreneur hosts "The American Dream with Elias Torres" podcast, supporting Latino and immigrant entrepreneurship. A USF and Harvard graduate, Elias lives in Massachusetts with his wife, three children, and dog Baloo.
