AI has already had a visible impact on Sales, CS, and Marketing. But much of the behind-the-scenes work that makes a business run is still shockingly manual and time-draining—from hiring, to project management, to hunting down the right data at the right time. This session is a showcase of one company’s attempts to “automate (nearly) everything”, highlighting where we’ve found surprising challenges and easy wins. The goal is to offer a small plug-and-play AI toolkit for every attendee to begin automating their own team’s processes, and do more with less.
