Silke Hensel currently serves as RSG Group North America’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and drives all marketing, branding and communication efforts as the company has rapidly expanded its footprint across the country. Through its constituent lifestyle and fitness brands Gold’s Gym, JOHN REED and HEIMAT, Silke spearheads the positioning of the company through the identification of communication and partnership opportunities in relevant markets across the United States as well as the creation of brand and marketing assets that are perfectly tailored to the needs of RSG Group’s customers. Previously, Silke worked for Grey WPP, one of the world’s top advertising and marketing organizations that serves twenty percent of the FORTUNE 500, before joining RSG Group’s global headquarters in her hometown Berlin, Germany. Silke is an integral part to the company’s growth into the world’s innovation leader in fitness and lifestyle.
