Amanda Whyte started her career in Chicago before moving to Ireland as a Marketing Manager for a start-up. In 2012, she joined HubSpot as one of the founding members of the Dublin office and has been with the company for nine years in a variety of roles. In 2018, she took on the job of running HubSpot's global Voice of the Customer program, and is now the Director of Corporate Strategy, Customer Experience Management. The CXM team's mission is to power a truly customer-first operating system by bringing customer experience to the forefront of how HubSpot makes short and long-term decisions.

Shauna Carroll is a Program Manager of Customer Experience Management (CXM) at HubSpot and loves helping teams across the business keep a customer focus at the centre of their decision-making. Shauna began her career at HubSpot in the Customer Success Org, working as a Channel Consultant for some of HubSpot's largest European partners before joining the CXM team. Here she had the opportunity to establish HubSpot's first Customer Advisory Board. In her free time, Shauna also enjoys playing team sports, spending time with family and traveling.

Director, Integrations and Applications

Dave Lapointe is the Director of Integrations and Applications for New Breed, where he both oversees application development and manages the Revenue Operations team. Dave helps expand New Breed’s revenue operations products and services by building new capabilities to help fast-growing companies improve their marketing and sales analytics, automate processes, and derive more value out of their technology investments. In addition, he is building out an internal software development group, and expanding New Breed’s implementation and integrations capability on the HubSpot platform.
