She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Vermont, Master of Science from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY, and a certificate in Marketing Strategy from Cornell University. Prior to her career in marketing, she ran programs and events in higher education for nearly a decade. She has taught seminars at Boston College and Southern New Hampshire University.
