AJ Bruno is the co-founder and CEO of QuotaPath, a sales compensation platform simplifying commission tracking for revenue teams. Previously, he founded TrendKite, scaling it to 250 employees and $20M+ ARR before its $225M acquisition by Cision in 2019. A Penn State alum and certified commercial pilot, AJ is also an active startup advisor and investor. He splits his time between Philadelphia and Austin, leading QuotaPath’s mission to bring transparency and motivation to sales compensation.
