Katie has spent over ten years working in law firms and in professional development. Before joining Fringe, Katie practiced as a business litigator for over five years, where she discovered a passion for helping others thrive within their careers. Katie's coaching & facilitation emphasize improving interpersonal communication skills and developing leadership competencies. Katie holds coaching certifications from the NeuroLeadership Institute and the Co-Active Training Institute, and certifications in dispute mediation through the Center for Understanding in Conflict and Cornell University.
