Prior to joining AG1, Kat spent more than a decade at Focus Brand leading the company’s portfolio—including Cinnabon, Auntie Anne’s, McAllister's, and Jamba—across more than 7k locations globally. She has also been a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, member of the UN Global Entrepreneurs Council, and on Fortune’s 40 Under 40 list. In addition to sitting on the board at AG1, she is on the boards of Slice and Milk Bar.
