Allyson Hugley leads LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) global Customer Insights team, part of the LMS Customer Science organization. Prior to joining LinkedIn, Hugley led the Insights and Analytics function for Prudential Financial Global Communications. She also managed global insights practices at Weber Shandwick and MSLGROUP. Hugley is the recipient of numerous industry recognitions including being honored by Black Enterprise for outstanding business achievement. She holds an MBA from CUNY Baruch Zicklin School of Business and an MS in analytics from Texas A&M University.
