Rachel Sprung is a Customer Demand Manager at HubSpot. As the team manager, she is responsible for finding ways to sell new add-on products and generating upgrades from existing customers through segmentation and in-app communication. Part of this role includes data analysis through SQL and Salesforce. She often travels to speak at different HubSpot events about blogging and analytics.Previously she was a Product Marketing Manager working on HubSpot's Content Optimization System (COS), analytics, SEO, keywords, and the calendar. Before that she managed internal and external events, worked on media relations, and ran the speaker program at HubSpot.
