Like any middle-class Soviet family, after the the USSR collapsed, Mikita Mikado's family fell into poverty. In order to make it, Mikita started selling the currants his grandfather was growing to make homemade wine. He eventually got to the point where he was selling everything from cherries to potatoes, and his neighbors' produce (on commission). Now he is the CEO of PandaDoc, which is experiencing major growth within the SaaS market. This is his story, one every entrepreneur should hear.
