Our greatest inalienable gift is the innate power to choose our perspective. How we see dictates how we experience. Inside each of us lives the surviving argumentative self and the expanding thriving self. Each self-has specific characteristics and traits that influence how we see and experience life. As human beings, we bounce back and forth between these selves. Resilience and developing a comforting solid sense of self and a joy-bound future require that we become aware of these two forces within us and learn how to effectively and deliberately choose to thrive. I call this work Inner Fitness.
