Daniel Ternyak
ServiceBell
Daniel Ternyak is the Founder of ServiceBell, a next-generation live chat platform reimagined with video chat. Previously, Daniel was the co-Founder of Onedesk, a workplace management platform, where he discovered the universal pain businesses have converting traffic on their website into leads. Daniel envisioned a solution that would enable sales reps to engage visitors with video chat directly on their website, instantly converting passive traffic into warm relationships.
Andrei Papancea
NLX
Andrei Papancea is CEO and chief product officer at NLX. In partnership with his brother Vlad and childhood friend Peter, the three co-founded NLX in March 2018 with the goal of helping brands transform their customer interactions into automated, personalized self-service experiences. Prior to co-founding NLX, Andrei built the Natural Language Understanding platform for American Express. In addition to being a thought leader in the generative and conversational AI industry, he also serves as an adjunct professor at Columbia University and NYU, teaching cloud computing, and AI engineering.
M.H. Lines
Stack Moxie
Ms. Lines is a passionate leader, marketer and technologist. She founded Stack Moxie in 2018 after working across devops and agile disciplines and seeing the application for marketing teams at companies like Microsoft, Lowes, Terex, SalesVoodoo, and IBM Watson Health. Ms. Lines received an undergraduate degree from The Florida State University in finance, and her MBA from the Foster School of Business, University of Washington with a focus on technology management.
Aneto Okonkwo

Aneto is the CEO of Chatdesk, a platform that helps brands scale 1:1 customer engagement and support across social, email, chat, & SMS. After connecting with your existing tech stack, Chatdesk uses a blend of generative AI and CX experts to maximize the ROI of every customer interaction. Clients like OLAPLEX, Thinx, and Andie Swim see up to 400% ROI. Before founding Chatdesk, Aneto spent 7+ years at Google building products like Voice Search and Google Assistant. He’s a Stanford University grad and has held roles at McKinsey & Company, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, and Silicon Valley startups.
Quinn Favret
Tavus
Quinn Favret is the co-founder and COO at Tavus. Alongside his partner, Hassaan, the pair started Tavus in 2021, continuing to raise $7m from Sequoia Capital to empower brands to drive engagement using AI generated personalized videos. Prior to Tavus, Quinn spent time at the University of Michigan, though he left early to join the Thiel Fellowship. He currently resides between New York City and San Francisco, and loves to cook, practice photography, and play hockey.
Arjun Mahadevan

Arjun is CEO at doola.com, your trusted partner for confidently launching a US company from anywhere in the world. Before that, Arjun started on the data and analytics team at Dropbox before moving to product manager on the Growth team. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania where he completed a dual degree between The Wharton School and The College of Arts and Sciences, concentrating in statistics and majoring in mathematics. Outside of work, he's into health & fitness, LLCs, and Boston sports.
