INBOUND Attendee Guide: Know Before You Go

INBOUND Attendee Guide: Know Before You Go

INBOUND 2023 is just around the corner and we’re excited to welcome all of our attendees to Boston for an amazing event! From Deep Dive Workshops to Networking Meetups to Education Sessions and more, we’ve got a lineup of hard-hitting content waiting for you this September. Iconic entrepreneurs Reese Witherspoon, Derek Jeter, Andrew Huberman, and other industry-leading speakers are ready to share their expertise with you!

As we prep for the event, we want to make sure attendees set up for INBOUND success. Below you’ll find useful tips and reminders to help you get ready for INBOUND.

INBOUND MOBILE APP: ACCESS EXCLUSIVE EVENT FEATURES

Download the official mobile app  (Apple / Google Play) to access your full INBOUND experience from anywhere. Through the app you’ll be able to build out a personal agenda, network with fellow attendees, and save a seat for capacity-limited sessions (note: session reservations open to VIP pass holders on Tuesday, August 15 and to General admission pass holders on Tuesday, August 22 and can only be made through the app). Find our handy guide of mobile app features and start exploring.

SAVE A SEAT FOR LIMITED CAPACITY SESSIONS

This year, only Education Sessions and Deep Dives require you to save a seat! Please note: this can only be done via the mobile app. Take a look through the agenda, make note of those sessions you want to attend, and be sure to save those seats as soon as session reservations become available to you. Friendly reminder, access opens to VIP pass holders on August 15 and General Admission pass holders on August 22. For steps on how to save a seat, click here.

MAKE CONNECTIONS ONSITE WITH KLIK BADGES

At INBOUND, connect with the ease of a tap! Powered by frictionless Klik badges, simply hold your badge close to another attendee’s, click the buttons at the same time, and contact information will be exchanged when both badges light up. Easily access all of your connections in the Timeline feature of mobile app.

With badge-to-badge contact exchange, focus on building connections and community with fellow attendees and peers while your badge collects all of the essential information.

REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

In order to enjoy all things INBOUND, you first need to pick up your badge! It’s important to note, you must retrieve your badge before the event starts. Make sure you have a government issued ID handy and head to the North Lobby during the following times:

  • Tuesday, September 5: 1:30 - 9:00 pm
  • Wednesday, September 6: 7:00 am - 5:30 pm
  • Thursday, September 7: 8:00 am - 7:30 pm
  • Friday, September 8: 8:00 am - 2:30 pm

Pro tip: stop by on Tuesday to grab your badge — avoid long lines and the potential risk of missing sessions on Wednesday morning!

Each time you enter BCEC, you’ll need to go through Evolv security machines, bag check, and be scanned into the building via our Fast Track lanes. Keep your badge on and head to the North Lobby or Westin Sky Bridge Fast Track lanes where our staff will quickly scan your badge and you’ll be on your way to INBOUND. Note: attendees are required to wear event badges at all times while onsite during the event.
